Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the material for your own clinical practice and professional education. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files, or upload them to any file-sharing service, course platform, or AI training corpus.
You may quote brief passages with attribution, and you may apply what you learn in your own practice without restriction. The reasoning is yours to use; the file is not yours to distribute.
Thirty days, no questions asked. Email support@performancerehab.co within thirty days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You keep the files — we can't take a PDF back and won't pretend otherwise. Refunded orders lose access to any community content unlocked by the purchase.
This material is professional education for licensed clinicians. It is not medical advice, it does not create a provider–patient relationship, and it does not replace your own clinical judgment, your licensure obligations, or the standards of care in your jurisdiction. Every clinical decision you make remains yours.
No outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on your training, your patients, and how you apply what you read.
The book does not carry CEU or CME accreditation. Any accredited training is offered separately through the Performance Rehab Authority program and is described as such.

We may remove access for conduct that harms other members, for sharing purchased material, or for breach of these terms. Community access is a bonus and its withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund of the book outside the thirty-day window.
We aim to keep downloads and community access available continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. If a download link fails, email us and we'll send the file directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or clinical outcomes.
