These terms apply to both sites. By purchasing, subscribing, creating an account, registering for a free training or live event, or booking a call, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or register.
These terms cover everything available from us. The rules differ by product.

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped. Access is granted after payment clears, by download link, by email, or inside the Performance Rehab Authority community.
Some of what we offer is free: training videos, live online events such as Clinical Mastery Week, and calls with our team. Registering costs nothing and does not commit you to buy anything.
Free material is covered by the same license as paid material in section 3. Use it in your own practice, but do not resell, republish, or share recordings, handouts, or other event content. Dates and times of live events and calls can change, and we will let you know at the email address or phone number you gave us.
A call you book with us is a conversation about whether one of our programs fits you. It is not clinical care and not a consultation about a patient. Nothing is sold on a call unless you choose to enroll, and enrollment is governed by the separate agreement described in section 5.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own clinical practice and professional education. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files or course content, or upload them to any file-sharing service, course platform, or AI training corpus.
You may quote brief passages with attribution, and you may apply what you learn in your own practice without restriction. The reasoning is yours to use; the files are not yours to distribute.
The PDF e-book and Module 1: Cervical Spine are charged once, in full, at checkout. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
The Performance Rehab Authority Clinical Coaching Program is not sold or charged through this site. Enrollment happens after a call and is governed by the separate agreement you sign at that time, which sets the price, the payment schedule and the terms of that program.
Nothing on this page overrides that agreement, and nothing here creates a right to cancel it. In particular, the cancellation notice in section 6 applies to recurring memberships only, never to a program enrollment. The program is non-refundable.
We do not store or see your card details. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, each under its own terms and privacy policy. Which processor handles a given payment does not change your rights under these terms.
Any membership sold on a recurring basis renews automatically at the interval and price shown when you sign up, whichever processor handles it, and continues until cancelled. Your card is charged on each renewal date without further notice.
Cancellation requires at least thirty (30) days' notice before your next renewal date. Email support@performancerehab.co to cancel. If we receive your notice thirty or more days before the renewal date, you are not charged again and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If we receive it inside that window, one further renewal is charged and the membership then ends at the close of that period.
Membership fees already charged are not refunded, including for periods you did not use.
Stop Guessing (PDF e-book), thirty days, no questions asked. Email support@performancerehab.co within thirty days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You keep the file. We cannot take a PDF back and will not pretend otherwise.
Everything else is non-refundable. Module 1: Cervical Spine, the Performance Rehab Authority Clinical Coaching Program, and all recurring memberships are non-refundable. These are digital programs delivered in full on purchase, or access granted immediately, and they cannot be returned once opened.
Refunded book orders lose access to any community content unlocked by that purchase.
If you have a problem, email us first. Most are solved the same day. Filing a chargeback on a non-refundable product is a breach of these terms. We may suspend access to all products and programs while a dispute is open, and we will provide the card network with these terms, your purchase record, and your access logs.
Our material is professional education for licensed clinicians. It is not medical advice, it does not create a provider–patient relationship, and it does not replace your own clinical judgment, your licensure obligations, or the standards of care in your jurisdiction. Every clinical decision you make remains yours.
No outcome is promised or guaranteed, clinical or financial. Results depend on your training, your patients, your business, and how you apply what you learn. Any results described by us or by other clients are individual experiences and are not typical.
The book, Module 1: Cervical Spine, and the community do not carry CEU or CME accreditation. Accredited training, where offered, is described as such at the point of sale and is subject to the accrediting body's own requirements.
Purchases and free registrations may include access to a community hosted on a third-party platform (Skool), which has its own terms. We may remove access for conduct that harms other members, for sharing purchased material, or for breach of these terms. Removal for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about trainings and events you registered for (such as join links and reminders), about calls you booked, and occasionally about our training. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email support@performancerehab.co. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep downloads, coaching calls, and community access available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live calls may be rescheduled. If a download link fails, email us and we will send the file directly.
Some features, including embedded videos, the booking calendar, and the community, run on third-party services with their own terms, and we do not control their availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your purchase, or out of your use of our sites, free material, events, or calls, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or clinical outcomes.
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above. The terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase. For recurring memberships, changes take effect at your next renewal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
